A. When it comes to file formats we need either a vector file or a high quality png. If you don’t have a vector file, we can make one for you if needed.

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, e-transfers and Cash Payments

A. Our average turnaround time is 1 week but we also do rush and same-day orders. Please click on the "Same Day Printing" link in header to place a same day order.

A. Select your shirt model, colour and quantity and upload your design. We will then let you know your print price and then take things from there :)

A. We cannot design a logo for you from scratch. But if you can give us a rough hand drawn version or even a rough description of what you want it to look like, we can do it! Price will vary based on the amount of work but our designing fees start at $40.

A. Yes you can! We prefer 100% cotton t-shirts. But just get in touch with us before buying the shirts so that we can help you pick the right one.

A. Unfortunately, no. We prefer if you let us know ahead of time if you’d like to stop by.

A. Since each order is custom made, we replace the defective garment with a new one. We do not offer refunds after an order has been place.

A. Eventually, yes. Each print method has its own way and timeline for going bad but that usually takes years. So nothing to worry about.

A. Yes, you do! We take full payment upfront for orders of upto $100. And 50% deposit for orders above $100.

A. Yes, as long as the printed garment’s existing tag is removable. We charge extra for this, speak to a sales rep to learn more about pricing.

A. You cannot reduce the quantity or change sizes as we would have already begun the ordering process. However, sometimes exceptions can be made. So give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
